Set of 2 replacement bread plates.
I don't know where these were hiding!
They have NO utensil markings with apparent wear.
Production started in 1948 into the 50's.
The Haviland name has been involved in importing china since 1839.
Theodore is one of the Grandson's who made his name in New York buying the rights to the Haviland name after World War II.
They are beautiful!
The pattern features delicate pink roses with a gold trim on white porcelain.
The plates have an intermitant swirl patten along their edge.
These plates measure 6 3/8 inches across.
It is quite popular to use mismatched china today!
