It could be the Homer Laughlin HLC625 Nautilus Eggshell Rose & Green Band.
These two companies, being so close physically to one another, tended to "borrow" each others pattern ideas matching them very closely!
Both patterns have a single pink rose with grey shadow paired with a wide green band.
Either or they are both hard to come by and are so close it is very hard to discern the two.
No chips, cracks,crazing or pitting present in this piece
